Out-of-the-Box 2.1 expands on the tremendously successful
release of 2.0 to add many significant features. Among these are the inclusion of LAMP related
projects, support for more flavors of Linux, and integration with major commercial databases.

phpMyAdmin is an excellent tool for all things related to MySQL administration. It
provides browser access to your database structure, statistics, tables, and data. You
can modify table structure, add rows, execute queries, perform table maintenance, export
data in various formats, and just about anything else you can do with the command-line
database shell.

It's highly functional and it looks good. All in all, it's a good alternative to
text-only shells and is very useful to new MySQL users and administrators.
